Welcome to Zhanibek CRM. By accessing or using our website (beta.zhanibek.online) and our CRM application (crm.zhanibek.online) (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
The Service is currently in a beta testing phase. You are an early tester. You acknowledge that the Service may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. We make no warranties about the suitability or reliability of the Service for your specific needs. You agree to provide feedback about your experience if requested.
To use the CRM application, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain all ownership rights to any data you submit to the Service (e.g., leads, contacts, company information). We do not claim ownership over your data. However, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that data solely to provide the Service to you. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Service itself (including its code, design, logos, and text) is owned by Zhanibek CRM and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE OPERATION OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, AND MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL ZHANIBEK CRM, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (i) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; (ii) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (iii) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; OR (iv) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where we operate (Kazakhstan / EU / US, depending on your location), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
